I went in looking for two items. Only one was actually in stock. Kind of disappointing.

After looking through so many places and getting tired of the whole shopping process, these designs were kind of a relief. They look clean, simple, and easy to match with different outfits from what I can see.

I had a good feeling about this one when I opened the box, and my instinct was right. All the parts were included, and it only took me about 25 minutes to put together. No hassle at all

The chair showed up with a broken part, which was annoying, but I had a feeling they’d handle it properly. I got in touch and they replaced the part quickly with no fuss at all. Straightforward and reassuring.

Overall, it was fine, but nothing really stood out to me. I kind of felt ignored at times, like my questions or concerns weren’t really being taken seriously. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely could’ve been better.

For what I paid, I’m happy with it!! Delivery went fine, no real issues there... The furniture isn’t anything super fancy or high-end, but it feels solid enough and does the job well!!! Definitely feels like good value for the money.

Overall, it looks good in the room and the wood feels solid enough. That said, a couple of the edges are sorta rough, and one of the drawers doesn’t slide as smoothly as I was hoping. It’s not terrible by any means, just not quite the quality I expected for the price.

The delivery ended up arriving late, which was a bit frustrating. To be fair, they did keep me updated along the way, but something still felt a little off about the whole experience.

I got a sofa from charltonfurniture.com i’m really happy with it. I assumed straight away it might be one of those sofas that looks nice but isn’t actually that comfy, but I was wrong. The cushions are soft without feeling too squishy, and there’s still enough support for sitting through a whole evening of TV. Delivery was fine as well, no drama. Really pleased with it overall

The staff were friendly and did try to help, which I appreciated. That said, I still ended up waiting around more than I expected and had to chase things up a bit. Not saying it’s a scam, but it definitely felt like the communication and timing could’ve been better. Overall, not a terrible experience, just not as smooth as I’d hoped.

I had to cancel my order and was sorta worried the refund might take ages. I emailed Charlton Furniture and they got back to me quickly. The money was back in my account after a few days, with no chasing around or excuses. It was simple and fair, which I really appreciated.

One of the chair legs started giving me a bit of trouble after a few months, and I’ll admit I put off emailing Charlton Furniture for a while because I kept telling myself I was too busy to deal with it. When I finally got around to contacting them about the warranty, they replied quicker than I expected and just asked me to send over a couple of photos.

They arranged a replacement part and kept me updated the whole time. It took a few days to arrive, but that was fine, especially since I’d already delayed sorting it myself. Really nice to deal with a company that actually responds and helps when something goes wrong.

I’d say it was a good experience overall. My order arrived in the colour and size I chose, and everything matched the invoice, so no real issues there. The delivery did take a bit longer than I expected, which was a little annoying, but nothing was missing. I’m giving 4 stars because I’m happy with it, just maybe wish it had arrived a bit sooner.

They kept me updated after that too, like when the order was being processed, what stage things were at, and when to expect the next bit of info, so I never felt like I was sitting there wondering what was happening. It’s a simple thing, but it makes such a difference, especially when ordering furniture online. I’d happily use them again.

The box came in great shape and was packed really well. Everything felt secure, and I’d definitely order from them again.

I had to return a chair, and while the process did eventually work, it took longer than I thought it would. Support was okay, not terrible, but nothing really stood out either. I just didn’t love having to go through the extra steps and spend more time than expected dealing with it.
